INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium sweet potatoes , peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 1 (15ounce)can black beans , rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2ounce)can vegetable broth
- 1 small onion , sliced
- 2 teaspoons caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- hot sauce (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
- Add more salt if necessary and serve.
