INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes , peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cups frozen cut green beans
  • 1 (15ounce)can black beans , rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion , sliced
  • 2 teaspoons caribbean jerk seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • hot sauce (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add more salt if necessary and serve.
