INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup dried red chili peppers, crushed (or coarsely ground)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a wok on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chili peppers.
  3. Cook 3-5 minutes, or until oil becomes red.
  4. Cool and store in a covered jar in fridge indefinitely.
