INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup dried red chili peppers, crushed (or coarsely ground)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a wok on medium-high heat.
- Add chili peppers.
- Cook 3-5 minutes, or until oil becomes red.
- Cool and store in a covered jar in fridge indefinitely.
