INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion , diced
  • 1 green pepper , diced
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 1 (7ounce)can mushrooms
  • 1 tomato , diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown meat with onion and green pepper.
  2. Mix in mozzarella and mushrooms until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve on deli rolls or french bread loaf, topped with tomato.
