INGREDIENTS

  • 2egg whites
  • 4 cups pecans
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Place nuts in bowl.Coat with egg whites and stir till pecans are sticky.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkling over pecans.Stir until completely coated.
  4. Spread on ungreased baking sheets and bake 30 minutes.During baking, stir pecans occasionally.
  5. Cool and separate into pieces.
  6. Store in airtight container.
