INGREDIENTS

  • 10 cherry tomatoes , chopped
  • 1 green pepper , chopped
  • 1 large onion , chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • 3/4 cup sherry wine

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauté tomatoes, pepper, onion, garlic, cumin and oregano in oil slowly until all vegetable are lumpy.
  2. Add sherry wine and simmer for about 20 minutes.
