INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add salt and pepper to flour and baking powder.
  2. Mix egg and milk together.
  3. Combine all, and mix well.
  4. Dip seafood in batter, and then deep fry in hot oil, at 350, until seafood is no longer opague color in the middle, and/or batter is a golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes
  5. Drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
