INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups sliced carrots
  • 1 medium onion , chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce)can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced cheese
  • herbed croutons
  • 3 tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook carrots until fork tender, drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Put croutons on top.
  4. Bake at 325º for 30 to 45 minutes, until croutons are browned.
