INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion , chopped
- 1 (10 1/2ounce)can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup diced cheese
- herbed croutons
- 3 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS
- Cook carrots until fork tender, drain.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Put croutons on top.
- Bake at 325º for 30 to 45 minutes, until croutons are browned.
