INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2red jalapenos, veins and seeds removed, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated cucumbers
  • 3scallions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro , chopped
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the ingredients in a glass jar and shake until mixed.
  2. Chill and shake again before serving.
