INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs red potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine oil, cheese, and seasonings.
  3. Place potatoes in a roasting pan and pour oil mixture over potatoes, stirring to coat.
  4. Bake for one hour, or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
