INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons barley malt syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid lecithin
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons quinoa , grain
  • 3 tablespoons whey powder
  • 2 tablespoons gluten flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients in the bread machine according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Select Basic Wheat cycle and Light crust.
