INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons barley malt syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid lecithin
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons quinoa , grain
- 3 tablespoons whey powder
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
- Put all the ingredients in the bread machine according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Select Basic Wheat cycle and Light crust.
