INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (18 1/4ounce)package spice cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cooked pumpkinor canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (3 1/2ounce)package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • favorite cream cheese frostingor whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in pecans.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 10" Bundt pan.
  4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until cake tests done.
  5. Let cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Frost cake or serve with whipped cream.
