INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup crushed pineapple in juice
- 3 tablespoons rum
- 3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons margarine , softened
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut , toasted
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select sweet or quick bread baking cycle.
