INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 (4ounce)jar diced pimentos , drained
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onions , finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 (8ounce)package extra-sharp cheddar cheese , finely shredded
  • 1 (8ounce)package sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
  • celery ribs , for serving
  • assorted crackers, for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in large bowl; stir in cheeses.
  2. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
  3. Serve with celery sticks or assorted crackers.
  4. For a little spice, prepare recipe as directed and add 2-seeded and minced jalapeno peppers.
  5. For a pecan-pimiento cheese, prepare recipe as directed, stirring in 3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans.
