INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 bushel banana peppers (sweet or hot)
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 dozen bell peppers
- 3 cups vinegar
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Dice peppers, onions.
- Place all ingredients in large stock pot.
- Cook until boiling hot for aprox 30 minutes.
- Process 10 minutes.
- Makes 6½ gal jars.
