INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 bushel banana peppers (sweet or hot)
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/2 dozen bell peppers
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dice peppers, onions.
  2. Place all ingredients in large stock pot.
  3. Cook until boiling hot for aprox 30 minutes.
  4. Process 10 minutes.
  5. Makes 6½ gal jars.
