INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups tomatoes , seeded and diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano , chopped
  • 3 tablespoons green onions , minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds , crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced
  • 6 cups vermicelli, cooked and hot

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl, and toss well.
  2. Add the pasta; toss well.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
