INGREDIENTS

  • 12vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8ounce)packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line muffin tins with liners.
  2. Place one wafer in each liner.
  3. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
  8. Remove from pan when cool and top with fruit, nuts, chocolate or whatever you wish!
