INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt , to taste
  • black pepper , to taste
  • cayenne pepper , to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, green onion and garlic.
  2. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
  3. Whisk in a little water to thin to desired consistency.
