INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 2 tablespoons butter , softened
- 2 cups icing sugar (confectioners)
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
DIRECTIONS
- Beat together buttercream ingredients with an electric mixer at high speed until combined.
- Buttercream should be well combined after 3 -5 minutes.
- Frost completely cooled cupcakes with buttercream.
