INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal , uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4-1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberry mix)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into blender.
  2. Mix until well blended and serve in a tall glass.
  3. Enjoy!
