INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces chicken breasts
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 onion , diced
  • 1/2 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup small shell pasta
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat chicken stock and add cubed chicken breast.
  2. Add all your remaining ingredients.
  3. Boil for 20 minutes until shells have cooked.
  4. Serve.
