INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cups crushed pretzels
  • 6 tablespoons margarine , melted
  • 1 (8ounce)package cream cheese , soft
  • 1 (14ounce)can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pureed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 (8ounce)container strawberry Cool Whip, thawed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix pretzel crumbs and butter in 13 x 9 inch pan; press firmly in pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until mixed well.
  3. Add strawberries and lime juice; mix well.
  4. gently stir in whip topping
  5. pour evenly into crust.
  6. Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. let stand room temperature for 15 minute
  8. Cut into 16 squares.
  9. Store leftovers in freezer.
