INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large tomatoes or
  • 5-6 roma tomatoes
  • 3-5jalapenos (depending a heat preference)
  • 1 medium onion (cut in half)
  • cilantro (handfull)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring large pot of salted water to rolling boil add tomatoes, jalapenos, onion ect. (you can add any kind of peppers you like).
  2. Boil until vegtables get soft an tomatoes start to peel.
  3. Than drain.
  4. In blender combine the handfull of Celantro and dry ingredient (i usually just eye ball it),then add the vegtables.
  5. Bend to your liking.The longer you blend the thinner the salsa.And Enjoy!
  6. NOTE: For milder salsa seed the jalapenoes before boiling.
