INGREDIENTS

  • 15 dates
  • 1/2 (8ounce)package cream cheese
  • 2/3 lb pecan halves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice each date in half.
  2. Remove the pit of each date.
  3. Fill each date half with 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese. (or as much or as little cream cheese as you desire! It’s according to taste!).
  4. Place a pecan half on top of each cream cheese-filled date half.
  5. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
