INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes , undrained
  • 1/2 green pepper , chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 ounces mushrooms , drained
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown ground beef and onion.Drain.Stir in uncooked spaghetti noodles.(Broke in half.)Add next 8 ingredients.Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.Sprinkle with cheese.Cover until melted.
