INGREDIENTS

  • 12 new potatoes , sliced
  • 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 4 (4ounce) round steaks

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook steaks in a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, 3-4 minutes or until done.Place on serving plates.
  2. Combine potatoes, peas, carrots and water in the skillet.Cover and cook 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally.Drain; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet.Stir in flour, salt, marjoram, pepper and milk.Stirring frequently, cook until thick, 7-12 minutes.Pour over steaks.
