INGREDIENTS
- 12 new potatoes , sliced
- 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 4 (4ounce) round steaks
DIRECTIONS
- Cook steaks in a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, 3-4 minutes or until done.Place on serving plates.
- Combine potatoes, peas, carrots and water in the skillet.Cover and cook 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally.Drain; set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet.Stir in flour, salt, marjoram, pepper and milk.Stirring frequently, cook until thick, 7-12 minutes.Pour over steaks.
