INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons filtered water , scalding
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder (or to taste)
  • 1-2 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 cup chilled raw milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place carob powder in bottom of a glass or ceramic mug.Pour scalding water on top and stir well with fork until mixture is smooth.Add agave nectar and stir until smooth.
  2. Add a little raw milk and blend well.Pour in rest of milk. Blend and enjoy.
