INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup canned corn, drained
- 1 large tomato , diced
- 2/3 cup green onions , chopped
- 1 cup broccoli , diced
- 1 cup cauliflower , diced
- 1 large carrot , diced
- 6 tablespoons mixed sprouts
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup fat-free thousand island salad dressing
- 6whole pita pockets, cut in half
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together all of the ingredients but the pita bread.
- Fill pita pockets with the veggie filling.
- Serve chilled.
