INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup canned corn, drained
  • 1 large tomato , diced
  • 2/3 cup green onions , chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli , diced
  • 1 cup cauliflower , diced
  • 1 large carrot , diced
  • 6 tablespoons mixed sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup fat-free thousand island salad dressing
  • 6whole pita pockets, cut in half

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients but the pita bread.
  2. Fill pita pockets with the veggie filling.
  3. Serve chilled.
