INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 inches gingerroot , minced
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- Marinate all ingredients together for at least 1 hour.
- Grill over medium heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds when done.
