INGREDIENTS
- 2 (14ounce)cans black-eyed peas , heated and drained
- 1whole green pepper
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 bunch green onions , and tops
- 1whole jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (3ounce)jar diced pimentos
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
DIRECTIONS
- Let the black eyed peas cool for 15 minutes.
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and serve.
