INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (14ounce)cans black-eyed peas , heated and drained
  • 1whole green pepper
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1 bunch green onions , and tops
  • 1whole jalapeno
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (3ounce)jar diced pimentos
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Let the black eyed peas cool for 15 minutes.
  2. Chop all the vegetables.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together and serve.
