INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs hot dogs
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 (12ounce)can beer
DIRECTIONS
- Mix brown sugar, ketchup and beer together in a large sauce pan.
- Cut up the hot dogs into bite size pieces and drop into the brown sugar mixture.
- Heat on low heat about 45 minutes or until the hot dogs start to plump and burst at the edges.
- Serve from a hot dish or in a crock pot.Mine never made it to the hot plate, everyone ate it before I had the chance!Next time I’ll make extra.
