INGREDIENTS

  • 6 1/2 cups cubed peeled potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves , halved
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley , minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano , minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme , minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil potatoes and garlic in a large pan.
  2. Cook until tender, 15 or 20 minutes.
  3. Drain and place in a large bowl.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mash.
