INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 lb medium firm tofu , drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.Do not underblend.
  2. Pour into serving jars and refrigerate.Serve chilled.
