INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup sweet rice
  • 13 1/2 ounces coconut milk
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 cups water

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pan, combine all the ingredients except for the corn.
  2. Let it simmer for 20 minutes or when the rice is almost cooked.
  3. Add corn.
  4. Let it simmer for another 10-25 minutes.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
