INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup sweet rice
- 13 1/2 ounces coconut milk
- 2 cups sweet corn
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- In a pan, combine all the ingredients except for the corn.
- Let it simmer for 20 minutes or when the rice is almost cooked.
- Add corn.
- Let it simmer for another 10-25 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
