INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups spinach , fresh and washed
- 1 banana , frozen
- 1 cup mangoes , peeled and chopped
- 6 almonds
- 1 cup soymilk or rice milk
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
