INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups spinach , fresh and washed
  • 1 banana , frozen
  • 1 cup mangoes , peeled and chopped
  • 6 almonds
  • 1 cup soymilk or rice milk
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
