  • 1egg yolk, divided
  • 1 teaspoon water , divided
  • liquid food coloring

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place 1 egg yolk in a small bowl.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon water and a few drops food coloring; beat lightly.
  3. Use to decorate pastry before baking.
