INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk (warm)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat eggs until frothy
  2. Mix remaining ingredients mix.
  3. Place in custard cups.
  4. Stand them in a pan of water.
  5. Bake at 350° until firm in the center about 25 minutes.
