  • 5 (28ounce)cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (12ounce)can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup green peppers , diced
  • 1/2 cup onions , diced
  • 3 (1 1/2tablespoon) fresh garlic cloves , minced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Pasta

  • favorite pasta
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh basil , chopped
  • parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place ingredients in the crock pot and cook on high for 6-8 hours.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions, and toss with olive oil and basil. Serve pasta toped with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
