INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
  2. Combine eggs, milk and butter, stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
  3. Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle.
  4. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon (if desired).
  5. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
