INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce , divided
  • 2 eggs , beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dried onions
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can diced tomatoes , drained

DIRECTIONS

  1. mix together meat, oatmeal, 1/4 c bbq sauce, eggs, onions and 1/2 can diced tomatoes (drained).
  2. form into a meatloaf
  3. spread remaining bbq sauce on top/sides.
  4. dump rest of tomatoes on top of the loaf.
  5. cook for 1 hour, 15 min (or until no longer pink in center) at 375.
