INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (12ounce)box jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 eggs , slightly beaten
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 3/4 cup onions , finely chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • on serving day

  • 3 cups spaghetti sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook shells according to package directions.
  2. Brown meat; drain.
  3. Mix together all ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Fill each shell with about 2 tbsp meat mixture.
  5. Place in foil lined pan in single layer.Cover with foil, freeze.
  6. To prepare:.
  7. Thaw, cover with spaghetti sauce and recover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Or if still frozen, cover with sauce and foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours or until hot and bubbly.
