INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (5 1/4ounce)package au gratin potato mix
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce)can chicken broth
  • 3 cups water
  • 2/3 cup diced carrots
  • 2/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup light cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, broth, water, carrots and celery in large saucepan.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cream.
