INGREDIENTS

  • 1 piece brown sugar
  • 3 drops Angostura bitters
  • 1 ounce Grand Marnier
  • champagne, to complete

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put the lump of brown sugar in an iced flute of champagne.
  2. Pour Angostura, in a way that the sugar get wet.
  3. Add Grand Marnier and stir quickly.
  4. Complete with champagne and garnish with a zest of orange.
