INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece brown sugar
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
- 1 ounce Grand Marnier
- champagne, to complete
DIRECTIONS
- Put the lump of brown sugar in an iced flute of champagne.
- Pour Angostura, in a way that the sugar get wet.
- Add Grand Marnier and stir quickly.
- Complete with champagne and garnish with a zest of orange.
