INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup millet
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/3 cup dry buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon yeast

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place Ingredients in the order of your breadmaker’s instruction manual.
  2. Let set on the counter to cool with a towel over the top.
  3. This freezes well.
