INGREDIENTS

    Crust
  • graham cracker crust or pastry crust
  • Filling

  • 2 (300g)packages almond flavoured dessert tofu
  • 3 cups chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler. Once the chips are melted, remove from heat and blend in the tofu until smooth.
  2. Pour into the baked crust and let set in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.
