INGREDIENTS
Crust
- graham cracker crust or pastry crust
Filling
- 2 (300g)packages almond flavoured dessert tofu
- 3 cups chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler. Once the chips are melted, remove from heat and blend in the tofu until smooth.
- Pour into the baked crust and let set in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.
- Pretty easy, hey?
