INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (10ounce)can tomato soup
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup raisins , soaked in hot water then drained
DIRECTIONS
- Cream together shortening and sugar then add in tomato soup.Sift together dry ingredients and mix into wet ingredients.Add in raisins.
- Pour into loaf greased loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes at 375°F.
