INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 large orange
- 2 medium lemons
- 6 inches lemon peel
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar , dark
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Juice the orange and lemons.
- Mix all together.
- Simmer on low heat until sugar dissolves.
- DO NOT boil.
- Marinate pork overnight.
