INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 large orange
  • 2 medium lemons
  • 6 inches lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar , dark
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Juice the orange and lemons.
  2. Mix all together.
  3. Simmer on low heat until sugar dissolves.
  4. DO NOT boil.
  5. Marinate pork overnight.
