INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices beefsteak tomatoes
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices of toasted French bread
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cook bacon, saving the drippings. Remove to paper towels to drain.
- Fry eggs in bacon drippings.
- Arrange all ingredients on toasted bread, dividing evenly to make two sandwiches.
