INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices beefsteak tomatoes
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices of toasted French bread
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook bacon, saving the drippings. Remove to paper towels to drain.
  2. Fry eggs in bacon drippings.
  3. Arrange all ingredients on toasted bread, dividing evenly to make two sandwiches.
