INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 ounces Momokawa diamond sake
  • 1 ounce monin mojito mix, with
  • 1/2 lime, juice of
  • 5 ounces club soda
  • 3-5 fresh mint leaves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle saké and mojito mix with mint leaves, and then add club soda .
  2. Serve in a 16-oz. glass garnished with a mint sprig or lime wheel.
