INGREDIENTS

  • 1 garlic clove
  • sage
  • olive oil
  • 3Italian sausages
  • 2 (8ounce)cans cannellini beans
  • 1 (8ounce)can chopped tomatoes
  • baguette , for serving
  • parmesan cheese (optional)
  • chili pepper flakes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In oil,saute garlic and sage.
  2. Add Sausages until brown.
  3. Add Canneloni beans with 1/2 of the juice.
  4. Add tomatoes with all the juice.
  5. Season to taste and Simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. The Stew is Done!
