INGREDIENTS

  • 10 slices cucumbers (thickness to your liking, cut diagonally so you get a bigger surface area)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put some soy sauce into a flat plate, dip the cucumber slices in the sauce to cover them, then put them on a different plate.
  2. Tear or cut the salmon as you like, put them on top of the slices.
